Your Calissistants monthly membership subscription entitles you to meet with our consultants at the discounted rate above. View it as a consultation into insights and discoveries that open up your business to utilizing our administrative expertise to provide value for your stakeholders and to determine which other Calissistants product is right for you. Or maybe you need a sound advisor and not another “yes-man”. We have been advising others for decades and we can help you too.
What you get: Periodic access to senior advisors + coaches for guidance, Q&A, troubleshooting, board-level feedback, ad hoc strategic advice - no major deliverables or implementation, Ideal for: Companies wanting occasional high-level guidance without full projects.
Strategy & Direction (“DIY Strategy“)
$25,000 per month (MEMBERS ONLY)
Your business is their present and Calissistants elite team of consulting experts delivers unparalleled insight and tailor-made strategies, empowering your business to thrive in a competitive landscape with analysis of the pain problem that your business is experiencing. For greater value, as part of this membership experience, consultation, analysis, advice is available to enable your business to capture value from our visionary strategies.
What you get: Full strategic planning support: company strategy, market analysis, roadmap & plans; deliverables include strategic framework, written strategy decks, recommended KPIs - but client retains responsibility to implement. Includes up to 3 “strategy refresh” sessions per year, plus access to advisory coaches.
Full Implementation & Execution (“End-to-End“)
$50,000 per month (MEMBERS ONLY)

From consultation to advice, Calissistants begins proactive applied engagement* to your pain by removing our cufflinks, rolling up our sleeves and getting to work on returning your business toward profitability, sale, harvesting, or dissolution. This is where we implement and execute the strategic plan for you to achieve again!
What you get: Calissistants-led execution: after strategy, Calissistants leads or manages key initiatives (transformation, operations, M&A integration, operational turnarounds, etc.). Covers project management, oversight, and delivery — from planning through execution.
*Advised resource and capital expenses are the sole-responsibility of each member or franchisee. All travel required expenses are billed to your member account at percent (50%) of the membership priced product of $50,000 per month,.e.g.., typically $25,000 per consultant and the engagement will typically need a minimum of 4 master consultants.
